classic cheesy 80s songs always brighten my day, but this song more than normal-It makes me smile and giggle out loud every time I hear it and the music video is hysterical as well. you would think that the guy singing is a large black man reminiscent of barry white, but...well, you'll see who's got that voice.

Happy (early) Halloween!

Ok, so I know that halloween is still 2 days away, but I couldn't wait. A classic Halloween moment for me is Michael Jackson's Thriller. it's 14 minutes of random zombie fun. And, it's before he got(totally) creepy! Yay!

And then, (shameless self promotion) the Mighty Sound of Maryland(from the University of Maryland) of which I'm a part, did a halloween show this past weekend, and we did the thriller dance! (very impressive, I might add, because we are band people, and not dancers)
Needless to say, we got more cheering than the football team.

I just heard this canadian duo on MTV (what, music on MTV?)
Chromeo is a super funky, hip-hoppy pair of awesomness.

I for one was quite a fan of Good Charlotte when they burst onto the scene with their overly-played Pop "punk" songs, so infectious it would get into your brain and stay there. forever.
