Erin Go Bragh-Happy Saint Patricks Day!

It's belated, I know, but I wanted to wish you a Happy Saint Patricks Day! I have no Idea how this tradition started, but I love it. Especially on Long Island, in most bagel shops you can find a selection of green bagels. ranging from a spring green, to the hulk green, a variety of shades that will suit any palete on saint patty's morn.
